Process introduction:
Crude VCM gas passes through bottom of combination tower, gas section, packing absorption section, gas liquid separationse ction, tower plate absorption section., After absorbed by water from fop, VCM above 99% and concentrated hvdrochloricacid can be got separately in the fop and botfom of tower, Transpor the hydrochloric acid by desorption concentrated acidpump after increasing its pressure, Passing through bidirectional heat exchanger, the hydrochiloric acid comes to the fop olconcentrated acid desorption tower and transfer heat and mass with high temperature HCl and vapor from concentratedacid reboiler, HCL ful with water wil be left on the fower top. Constant boling acid wil be left on the fower bottom. Mosiconstant boling acid will be transported to the combination tower to absorb HCL circularly.
